Design Proof:
If you wish, a final proof can be emailed to you for approval upon purchase and prior to making your special cushion. Any changes you would like made after seeing the proof are also part of the service, we want you to LOVE the final product! Please note the lead time starts at the point of approval of the design.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on custom made name products.
If item arrives faulty or incorrectly printed, we will happily provide a replacement cover. Simply get in touch by email and provide photos showing error or defect.
Returned items will be accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund/replacement. We’ll also pay the return postage costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund, unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, however please allow four weeks from the time of posting item to us. This time period allows for transit time, processing and bank funds clearance.
