If you wish, a final proof can be emailed to you for approval upon purchase and prior to making your special cushion. Any changes you would like made after seeing the proof are also part of the service, we want you to LOVE the final product!

RETURNS
If item arrives faulty or incorrectly printed, we will happily provide a replacement cover. Simply get in touch by email and provide photos showing error or defect. Returned items will be accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund/replacement. We’ll also pay the return postage costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund, unless faulty.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on custom made name cushions.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow for transit time, processing and bank funds clearance.
